Mr. Brown, 2013-2015
Using ad hoc research, we discovered that people mostly do not regard iced coffee drinks as a substitute for real espresso. But we wanted the Mr. Brown brand to be viewed as real coffee in an ice-cold format. We brought to life the fictional character of Mr. Brown, a coffee expert. He travelled the world, collecting the very best coffee beans and recipes so he could create the perfect drink appreciated by lovers of good coffee looking for quick refreshment. Mr. Brown has really influenced the mindset of customers when it comes to coffee, which has had a positive effect on sales.
