A central website with no options for local input has not worked in the long-term to easily communicate special offers on Mercedes-Benz vans. We came up with a solution in the form of a purely Czech microsite – menumercedes.cz, which is designed with regard to the new corporate identity. It is not overloaded with a range of information and offers simple navigation and the option of going through and comparing all the special offers in a matter of moments. The microsite links back to the central website, so is not just for better customer navigation; it also acts as a traffic source for the main Mercedes-Benz website. Our objective was nothing less than the satisfaction of everyone – Mercedes-Benz customers and our client. And it worked!
